One of the most interesting differences in culture I anticipate exploring on my trip to China is the food! It's safe to say I will see some items I would never have considered editable in the past. However, I am not overly confident that I will have the courage to taste any of the sea creatures or insects out on display. Either way, the Donghuamen Night Market will certainly be an experience like no other. Located on the northern entrance of Wangfujing Street, only a short, 6 minute walk from our Hotel, this should be convenient and relatively cheap way to fill your stomach.
